Todon commitment to being a CIC is that if the company makes any surplus, it will be used for business reinvestment back into the company to continue to provide a benefit to the community. Although Directors and staff can be paid. The company is different than any other commercial company because the company's aims and objectives are to focus on the community. As such in order for Todon to operate we are regulated by the CIC Regulator.
